The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) has been operating since August 2004 and since its launch, has proved to be one of the most popular and successful schemes in the country with over 10,000 accredited landlords and agents. LLAS together with the UKLAP will be hosting the Future of Housing in the Private Rented Sector Conference & Award Ceremony to celebrate the scheme’s successes and to reward excellence amongst all members On: Thursday 1st March 2012, Time: 6pm At: the Thistle Hotel Marble Arch, Bryanston Street, London W1H 7EH,
The event willinclude a champagne reception and 3 course dinner and focus on inspiring, informing and awarding those landlords and agents who have over the years helped to provide and improve some of the capitals vital private sector housing stock. The event willinclude discussions on:the effects of the economic crisis, the Green Deal, the future of regulation in the private rented sector (PRS) and Best Practice on building stronger bridges between local authorities and PRS landlords. The event will also provide the opportunity to launch the UKLAP Green Letting Award Scheme (GLAS)
